1、设计新颖、结构合理。STM立磨采用了中速中压反复碾压的原理,合理设计,物料自上而下自由落入,粉磨高硬度、难加工材料时磨辊磨环上、中、下部获得同等程度磨损,产量比较均匀。巧妙设计,使得螺栓、铁块等非可磨性物料的进入不会对机器造成损害。STM立磨不需要配备其它旋风分离器和管道等,占地空间小。 1. New design and reasonable structure. Our mill adopts medium speed and pressure, and repeated planishing principle, and its design is reasonable. The materials fall down by gravity. The materials are high strength and hardworking, while all the parts of rollers and ring will be worn evenly and capacity is compared evenly too. Because of ingenious design, when the ungrindable materials such as bolts or pig iron come into machine, they will not make machine worn. It is unnecessary to equip with cyclone and many other pipes, so it needs small space.
2、经过STM立磨处理后的物料物理性质得到改变,物料的易磨性能显著提高。所粉磨出的物料呈不规则的多菱形,且内部晶格已经破坏、组织结构松散,出磨物料大小颗粒均有微裂痕。这样的物料进行二次研磨时,减少了其破碎负担,功能已趋向于碾磨,因此,可以大大提高二次粉磨的产量。 2. After materials are grinded by STM Vertical Mill, their physical characteristic is changed and so their grindable characteristic is improved greatly. The grinded materials become irregular multiple-unit, and their inside lattice are already broken, the structure of the organization is loose, and the final sizes all have haircuts. Thus, when the materials are grinded for the second time, the machine is mainly do grinding work not crushing work, so the capacity of second grinded is improved greatly.
3、STM立磨粉磨出的物料破碎比大,细粉含量高。大颗粒物料入STM立磨时,通过磨辊和衬板的凹凸齿,进行了轧臼式的粉碎而成细粒,掉入磨辊与衬板之间,形成料层。在弹簧装置的压力下,磨辊在料层上作数十次柔性挤压使物料成粉末,粉磨效果十分理想。产品的细度可调节,除了能产生大量小于100目的细粉外,还使物料颗粒受到多次碾压而产生大量微裂痕,且最大颗粒粒径可控制在3mm以下,更易于二次粉磨。 3. The crushing ratio of final products of STM Vertical Mill is large and fineness sizes share is large too. When the large materials come into STM Vertical Mill, and through sculptured roller and plate, they are grinded into fineness size by rolling crush, and then they fall down into space between roller and plate, and form a material bed. Under the spring device’s pressure, rollers do numbers flexible extrusion to material bed and make them become fineness, and the result is very ideal. The fineness of final products can be adjustable. Expect producing large quantity fineness which is smaller than 100 meshes, this mill also can make materials have large haircuts by numbers of grinded. The max final size is below 3mm, and it is easy for second time grinding. 4、STM立磨易损件使用寿命长,维修量少。传统粉磨类设备,靠高速旋转对物料进行强行剪切,易损件之间直接碰撞,造成易损件磨损快、消耗高、扬尘大,以致于调节、维修频繁,影响正常生产。STM立磨对物料的碾压是料层的挤压,磨辊既公转又自转,避免了磨辊与衬板之间的直接碰撞,既提高了易损件寿命又最大限度地减少了物料加工过程中机械对加工粉体的污染。 4. Long service life of easy worn parts and small quantity maintain. The traditional grinding equipments depend on high speed rotation to do forcing crush to materials, and the connection between easy worn parts is direct, so consumption of these parts is fast and high, and large quantity dust, thus adjustment and maintain is frequently, and normal production is influenced. This mill’s grind is grinding to material bed, and roller does both revolution and rotation, thus this avoids direct connection between roller and plate. This is not only improving service life of easy worn parts, but also reducing pollution to materials greatly in the grinding process.
